DENVER, CO – April 5, 2018 – Berens Law LLC today announced that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of a class consisting of investors who purchased the securities of Funko, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNKO) pursuant to and/or traceable to the Registration Statement and Prospectus issued in connection with Funko’s initial public offering on or about November 3, 2017 (the “IPO”).

What are the allegations in the complaint?
